15 % of Russian Internet users use Wi-Fi

The greatest number of users of Wi-Fi ( 46% ) prefer to access the free online. Among those who expressed such a preference, 58 % were residents of St. Petersburg, as well as young people ( 52%). A third of respondents reported that the use of charge type of Internet access, and combined free and paid access types are used 23% of respondents.
Access to the network using Wi-Fi technology is almost equally popular and from work (34 %), and from the cafes and restaurants (31% ), and from home ( 30%). Points prefer catering mostly Muscovites ( 35% ), young ( 37%), as well as those with high incomes (38%). Wireless internet at home are often those respondents who have a high income (37%).
